How Spot90 handles personal information.

Public registration and payment collection are controlled. Spot90 does not collect payment card details directly.
The server may keep logs, authentication events and operational audit trails to diagnose faults, protect the member area and check what was published.
Information should only be kept for as long as it is needed to operate the service, manage accounts, answer support requests or meet legal obligations. Spot90 does not need to sell personal data to make the product work.
Users can ask to review, correct or delete the personal information Spot90 holds about them, subject to any legal need to retain certain records.
