How Spot90 handles personal information.
This page explains what information is collected, why it is used and what members can ask us to do with it.
- Contact details submitted through member access, login or contact forms.
- Account information needed to provide member access.
- Limited first-party operational usage information used to keep the site reliable and understand aggregate use.
- Support conversations and, when a Lounge message is reported, the report and its limited moderation context.
- To review access requests and manage member accounts.
- To respond to support questions, feedback and account issues.
- To operate the site, maintain security and improve reliability.
- To meet legal, regulatory or fraud-prevention obligations where required.
Spot90 does not run advertising, affiliate links or cross-site tracking. It does not use third-party advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Privacy-preserving first-party operational analytics may be produced from server requests and security-safe site events. This stays within Spot90 and is used for aggregate reliability and usage checks, not to follow people across websites.
Spot90 uses essential cookies and local site data for sign-in sessions, form and account security, and preferences such as remembering that a notice was acknowledged. The protected member area cannot work without its sign-in and security cookies.
See the cookie policy for the current details.
Public registration and payment collection are controlled. Spot90 does not collect payment card details directly.
The server may keep logs, authentication events and operational audit trails to diagnose faults, protect the member area and check what was published.
Each member-support message and Lounge-report evidence item is hard-deleted no later than seven days after it was created. Newer replies never extend the life of older content. Resolving a report does not create a permanent copy. Account, security and legally required records follow their own necessary retention periods.
Spot90 does not sell personal data.
Users can ask to review, correct or delete the personal information Spot90 holds about them, subject to any legal need to retain certain records.
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page.
